Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! The quality and craftsmanship is always our top priority. Here are some important reminders you should know about our return policies.

How to Return or Exchange Products:

Please email Customer Service for our return authorization form. This form must be included with your merchandise as well as a copy of your invoice.

All returns must be sent freight prepaid.

The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Allow 1 week for the return to be processed.

Return or Exchange Policy:

We will gladly refund or exchange any defective or unwanted products. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All packages shipped back MUST be post-marked no later than 14 days after it was delivered. Any returns postmarked after the 14 Days will be refused.

If you're returning a damaged item we reserve the right to have the item replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Things to remember:

All links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded or exchanged.

For refunds/exchanges, the shipping fee is nonrefundable.
For refunds, the watch must be in the exact same condition you received it in (i.e. with plastic still on the face, all links in, no wear and tear at all, etc.).

All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for items damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.

Lost packages require a mandatory 30-day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.

Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations (there is a $10.00 order cancellation fee).

If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping charge back to you.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.

For refunds, please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of item(s) for refund to appear on charge card. Refunds can only be credited to the card that was used for the purchase.

If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose money order or credit card info for the price difference; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check).

If there are any other problems, we will make sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties' content!

The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, or trying to sell the product in a purse party your refund/exchange policy is void. (We’ve been in this business for a very long time and are easily able to tell if the items were displayed at a purse party).

All FREE bonus gifts must also be returned in original condition.

On Wholesale Orders Only:

There is a 15% Restocking Fee on any returned item(s) that were purchased through our wholesale program.
If you received free shipping by purchasing 30 items or more and you decide to return 50% or more of your order, your credit card will be charged for the original shipping cost.
